Book our ice cream catering for weddings, grad parties, corporate events, birthdays, and more!

NOTE: 2026 Season: April 15–September 30. Not booking 2027 yet. Check back at the end of 2026.

Freezer Package: $735 minimum 

Includes: Branded freezer, up to 6 flavors (minimum includes 4 tubs which can serve up to 120 guests), 1 scooper, all supplies, up to a 4-hour rental with delivery/pickup. Can add additional tubs for flavor and/or higher guest count. 

Not Included: Tax/service fee, travel fee if applicable, generator rental if needed, waffle cones, additional scoopers or flavors

Food Trailer Package:

  • Saturday-Sunday: $2000 minimum 

  • Thursday-Friday: $1,750 minimum 

  • Monday-Wednesday: $1,500 minimum 

Includes: Branded trailer, 8 flavors, 1 scooper, all supplies, up to a 4-hour rental with delivery/pickup. Can add additional tubs for a high guest count. 

Not Included: Tax/service fee, travel fee if applicable, generator rental if needed, waffle cones, additional scoopers or flavors

  • Scooper required? Yes, our employee(s) serve all guests

  • Keep leftovers? Yes, we'll pack them for you

  • Travel distance? Up to 45 minutes from our Stillwater store (dependent on availability). 

  • Busiest days? Saturdays in June—book early!

  • Serving size? 60% of our in-store Child Size

  • Servings per tub? 30-35 guests

  • Signage provided? Yes, with dietary info and flavor descriptions

  • Retail available? Not at this time

  • Do I need a power source? Freezer: yes (unless you add generator rental). Trailer: no, generator included!
